The Elgin Marvels is the first in a series of novels that relate in a descriptive and humoristic way some of the changes that took place during the end of the last century and the beginning of this millennium. It touches on the human aspects within society, its prejudices, idiosyncrasies and nuances and the interaction between people that we call love. It reveals the recent past as do The Elgin Marbles reveal about the ancient past.
